Hello there Hofstra fans! Yet another big week in Hofstra Athletics, and this week inside The Locker Room, our own Sam Little and Rob Joyce recap the week that was and preview the week to come for all 3 Pride squads in season.
First, we'll check in on the Hofstra Women's Basketball team after its home date with CAA Champion James Madison last Thursday and a duel with the Northeastern Huskies this afternoon. Would the Pride remain perfect in CAA play? We'll let you know.
Then, the head coach of the Pride, Krista Kilburn-Steveskey will give us her insight on her squad's state in the conference and preview Thursday's big matchup in Newark, DE against Delaware.
We'll then switch over to the men's side and see if Mo Cassara and his crew could get its first win in CAA play this season as they hosted Drexel and hit the road for a rematch against JMU. Did the Pride remain winless in conference play? Tune in to find out.
From the court to the press, our own Mike Murabito recently talked with author Chris Vaccaro about his new book Hofstra Athletics: Images of Sports. We'll hear what Chris has to say.
Finally, we'll hit the mats and see how the Pride grapplers did down in Fairfax at the CAA Duals.
All that plus the staples: WRHU Sports breaks, Beyond the Pride, and The Locker Room Player of the Week
